Born in 1954 in a small village in southwest France, in Aveyron, Annie grew up listening to the patrons at her parents’ bar share their opinions, while dreaming of becoming a "healer." After an uneventful school life, she followed a new path to Paris to please others.

Married to a man who supported her in all her endeavors and a mother of two sons, Annie seized every opportunity life offered her. Returning to Aveyron, she built her tools through training in the works of Carl Rogers and as a Master Practitioner of Ericksonian Hypnosis, integrating its spiritual approach.

An experienced trainer in communication and personal development for many years, Annie now offers individual coaching sessions and joyfully leads “The Happiness Workshop” she created ten years ago.

The purpose of this workshop is to share and see life differently—to break free from limiting beliefs and realize what lies deepest within us that never fades, while tuning in to the synchronicities life offers each of us.
